my dieting formula

WAKE UP BEFORE 7 AM.EAT FOODGRAINS FOR BREAKFAST FOLLOWED BY OMLET OR FRUIT SALAD . AFTER 10 AM DRINK 250 ML MILK .TAKE LUNCH BEFORE 1 PM AT ANY COST WHICH SHOULD INCLUDE CHAPATIS,VEGETABLES AND IN SOME CASES EGGS. EAT 12 CHAPATIS TILL 4.30 PM .AFTER 6 PM DO NOT EAT ANY CHAPATIS BUT JUST OR A FOOD WITHOUT HIGH PROTEIN CONTAIN EXCEPT ON EXCEPTIONS OF RICE .EAT ONLY FOOD HAVING HIGH PROTEIN CONTAIN LIKE CHICKEN,EGGS,FISH,FOODGRAINS ETC.DRINK 750 ML MILK AFTER GYM IF NOT EATING ANY OILY NON-VEG EXCEPT EGGS.IN CASE EATING NON-VEG DRINK SHOULD HAVE DRUNK ATLEAST 3 HOURS BEFORE.BANANAS SHOULD NOT BE EATEN REGULARLY AND WITH MILK ONLY. FRUITS ARE SUPPOSE TO BE EATEN IN THE NOON. USE A LOT OF GHEE WITH CHAPATIS AND MILK IF NOT EATING BANANAS WITH MILK.
